💻 Your Role
As our new Fullstack Javascript Developer, you’ll be working with the latest and greatest technologies like Next.js, NodeJS and GraphQL to build slick, user-friendly interfaces that blow our customers away. But you’re not just front-end savvy—you’ll also be rolling up your sleeves on the back end, crafting reliable APIs and seamless integrations.

From concept to deployment, you’ll be at the core of every stage of our product development. We love new ideas and creative solutions, so you’ll have plenty of room to explore and make your mark!

👾 What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing fullstack JavaScript applications with React and Next.js
• Collaborating with the product and design teams to build a top-notch user experience
• Building and consuming APIs to create fast, scalable solutions
• Implementing responsive designs and working on performance optimizations
• Debugging and solving complex technical problems across the stack
• Experimenting with new technologies and ways to improve the product

🔥 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and working with GraphQL 
• A passion for clean, maintainable code and best practices
• Familiarity with PostgresQL
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• A desire to grow, learn, and push the envelope with us!

• Knowledge of GraphQL
• UI/UX design experience

We’re seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to modernize planning and zoning processes, working closely with both prospective and current clients to gather requirements, implement our solutions, and drive positive change in local government operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help shape our product roadmap by leveraging the valuable insights you gather from client interactions and market trends.

 🧑‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with prospective and current clients to understand their unique challenges and gather detailed requirements
• Tailor our solutions to meet client needs based on the gathered requirements
• Provide technical expertise, implement recommended solutions, and offer ongoing support throughout the entire process
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams
• Troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions to complex problems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in planning, zoning, and govtech
• Contribute to product development by sharing client feedback and market insights with our product team

🔥 What We’re Looking For

• The ideal candidate will have a in urban planning, zoning, or building department operations, although passionate candidates with a background in municipal operations, and administrative roles in the public sector should apply as well
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Background in planning, zoning or building department experience preferred
• Degree in a related field (e.g., Urban Planning, Public Administration, etc) beneficial but not required 

🌟 Requirements

• This is a remote position
• Must be based in the Northeastern United States for easier client engagement, with a priority for candidates based in New York State
• Willingness to travel for conferences and occasional onsite client meetings (approximately 20% travel)
